Orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at the price in effect on the day of shipment. First time customers are required to either fax or mail in a signed confirmation order directed to the attention of the salesperson with whom they have placed the order. Vendor tries to ensure that your shipment has been made to the highest standards of quality. In the event that an error or damage occurs, the following procedure must be followed: Damage/Loss Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. For UPS and Fed Ex Shipments (and all other small package deliveries) 1. Notify Vendor within 5 business days of receipt. 2. Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier. For Common Carrier (truck) shipments 1. Notify Vendor within 5 business days of receipt. 2. Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by the carrier. 3. For common carrier claims, the carrier requires the recipient of the merchandise to file claims and receive reimbursement. Vendor cannot file the claim and therefore cannot issue credit to your account. Call and file a claim with the carrier in order to receive reimbursement. NOTE: Failure to follow these procedures may result in forfeiture of monies due to you. Concerns not rated favorably in Dun & Bradstreet or inactive accounts are required to furnish four (4) trade references, the name of their bank and account number, their Federal I.D. number or CRA-issued business number, and the date and state/ province their business was incorporated on company letterhead. * Non-certified, personal checks will require an additional 1 week for processing. * Large C.O.D. or prepaid orders may require certified funds. * Custom orders may require certified deposit * To establish a net 30 day account, please allow 3 weeks for processing. C.O.D. or credit card orders are accepted for shipment. We now accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) for our new customer or existing customer's convenience. We urge C.O.D. accounts to take advantage of this service, as it will save you the money charged for C.O.D. fees by the carrier. Please note: When authorizing us to charge your card in an amount over $500.00, we require a signed credit card authorization form, which we will fax or email to you for your signature. Once this is accomplished, we will expedite your order. All merchandise is produced to standard and commercial tolerances. Vendor warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Vendor has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced. At Vendor's discretion, a credit may be offered instead of replacement. Vendor liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Reasonable sample quantities are available at no charge for many of the featured products within this catalog to test their suitability for your intended use or application. Please discuss with our sales representatives. Most samples are sent mail or U.P.S. ground. Next day delivery is available, provided the customer pays the freight. The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Vendor's only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Vendor shall not be liable for any loss or damage from the use or inability to use the product. All prices are subject to change without notice. No deduction will be allowed at settlement. Minimum order requirement is $25.00. Orders accepted under minimum will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - RETURNS WILL BE AT VENDOR'S DISCRETION. Do not return any merchandise for any reason without first calling our Customer Service Dept. All unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock. Stock items ordered in error may be returned (freight prepaid) for credit within 30 days less a 20% restocking charge, however, cut material is subject to a 40% restocking charge. Returns over 30 days from invoice date will not be accepted. Please have your shipping order number and date of delivery on hand when calling. NOTE: ANY PRODUCTS CUT OR ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT RETURNABLE. OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS 1. Upon the finding of parts which are "defective", samples must immediately be sent to our Customer Service/Engineering Dept. for evaluation. 2. Wait for our evaluation report from our Customer Service Dept. If your claim is valid, the Customer Service representative will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number. 3. Upon return of the "defective" goods, a replacement will be run as soon as possible to correct the problem. Vendor responsibility ends here. Any loss incurred for labor, time and shipping is not covered. Furthermore, Vendor has no control over end products fabricated with the materials sold or installation procedures used. No warranty is expressed or implied. All material must be inspected for quality before installation. If further details are required, please contact us. Thank you. Vendor is striving to provide you, our customer, with the best possible product and service at all times. The Customer Service Dept. stands ready to assist you in any way to achieve this standard. Any technical advise furnished or recommended by Vendor or any representative of Vendor concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained. The customer shall test and verify for suitability for intended use. Net 30 days.
