2. CUT TO SIZE - Achieves a higher tolerance.
• Must be quoted per order.
• We require written purchase orders for cut to size orders.
• Tolerance are higher (+/- 1/8” or +/- 1/16”).
• Quantities can be any amount (100 pcs. @ 14-7/8” or 50 pcs. @ 84-11/16”).
• If tolerances allow, we will cut stock lengths to various sizes
(on a 12 ft. length to 17-1/4”, 69-5/16” and 56-1/8”.
• Costs vary by product and material.
• Waste will be shipped only if requested.
• No miter cuts.
• No returns allowed, unless our error.
1. STANDARD CUT -
Rough cut to allow for small parcel shipping.
• Quantities are limited per profile.
• No more that 2 cuts per length
(On a 12 ft. length - 6 ft. and 6 ft. or 8 ft. and 4 ft., etc.).
• Costs vary by product and material.
• All cuts have a tolerance of +/- 1 inch.
• A 40% restocking fee applies on all returns
unless our error.
